Maz, owner of Williams Property Solutions, believes that care and attention changes everything.
With more than 15 years of experience in the Manawatu, Whanganui, and Rangitikei regions backed by industry-recognised qualifications as both a Property Manager and as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, collaborating with Williams Property Solutions already has a competitive edge that’ll ensure your investment thrives year after year.
Unlike other property management portfolios, Williams Property Solutions remains owner-focused; they don’t have any of their own rental properties to sway prospective tenants towards, and they’re happy to keep it that way.
Early in Maz’s career, she was handed a complex portfolio that required tidying up; a challenge that became critical in her professional development. “The learnings I took from working with that portfolio continue to shape the way I work with owners and tenants today,” she says.

Offering a unique style of property management, Maz’s level of care continues to drive referrals from both owners and prospective tenants looking for rentals.
With an ever changing market and new legislations being rolled out regularly, Maz has secured systems in place at Williams Property Solutions to remain ahead and regularly update their clients.
Joined by her husband Bruce—aka Busted—and Paris, who ensures inspections are completed to a high standard, the team maintains exceptional reporting, communication, contractor management, and accounts, allowing Maz to focus on her passion for Property Management.

Le Mar-Walker
Inspection & Maintenance Manager
Paris Le Mar-Walker brings seven years of property management experience — and a serious love of paperwork — to the Williams Property Solutions team. Having worked alongside Maz earlier in her career, Paris knew property management could be more than just a job; it could be a fulfilling, people-focused career.
Joining Williams Property Solutions in 2023, she’s embraced every opportunity to grow her skills, attend conferences, and strengthen the systems and relationships that sit at the heart of great property management.
With a passion for paperwork, systems, and a genuine knack for building connections, Paris’ skills perfectly complement Maz’s leadership style. Together, they bring a balance of efficiency, care, and personal attention to every property and client. Whether she’s fine-tuning processes behind the scenes or having a laugh with tenants and contractors,
Paris is known for being personable, reliable, and a whole lot of fun to work with.

Originally from London, Paris moved to the Manawatu in 2005 and now enjoys the good life in rural Feilding with her husband Jacob, their two young children, and a collection of beloved animals. Outside of work, you’ll find her hitting the pavement training for her next half marathon, perfecting her swing on the golf course, or tearing up the dancefloor at a local gig.
