It can be stressful when things go wrong with your property regardless of whether you’re a tenant or an owner. So, before you go getting in touch with your Property Manager at 3:00am in the morning because you’ve overloaded a multi-box, familiarise yourself with the following checklist.
Consider Your Property Manager’s Privacy
If your query is outside of work hours, consider whether it can wait until the next business day. And if it can, then wait. And if it can’t, contact Maz via email and arrange the next convenient time to call or meet. Just as a property manager respects a tenant’s privacy, it’s always appreciated when this respect is reciprocated.
Trust the Process
Please be courteous of happenings outside of business hours. Please note that some issues cannot be addressed and resolved immediately but trust that Williams Property Solutions will do what’s reasonable as swiftly as possible to remedy any problems or respond to your queries.
In Case of Emergency
In the case of an emergency, don’t hesitate to contact the property manager. Support your query with everything that your property manager may need to take action (think: photographs, contact information, details of the property and issue etc.).
When Your Property Manager is On Holiday
Believe it or not, Maz does allow herself a holiday from time to time. If and when Maz decides to take annual leave, you will receive a letter/email advising of the absence with dates and times in which she will be on annual leave. If you find yourself in an urgent situation, Maz has a network of incredible contractors who will attend to the matter immediately.
