Unlike some property managers in larger centres like Wellington or Auckland, we don’t believe in adding on endless extras. Our management fee covers:

What About Inspection Fees?
Routine inspections are critical for keeping your investment protected.
Our inspection fees are simple and transparent:
Unfurnished properties: $60 + GST per inspection (Tier Two)
Furnished properties: $75 + GST per inspection
This includes comprehensive reports, photographs, and any necessary follow-ups with tenants or tradespeople.
Are There Any Other Costs to Know About?
We keep it simple:
Healthy Homes Reports: Starting from $200 + GST depending on the size of the property (2–4 bedrooms)
Trade Me Advertising: $195 + GST per listing
Professional Photos and Video: $500 + GST (optional)
Prefer a more streamlined approach? We can also take property photos ourselves at no extra cost.
